Great sites and venues for weddings and friends & family gatherings. Fine dining in downtown HMB and along the Coast. Ritz Carlton dining, tennis and golf a few minutes drive away. Yoga and pilates centers, nearby. Tennis courts at nearby high school and grade school. Golf driving range within 10 minutes walk. Olympic pool at College of San Mateo just 15 minutes drive away. Walk to art galleries and quaint shops in nearby downtown HMB. Coastal sunsets that take your breath away. Updated and pristinely clean home with peaceful, embracing backyard, jacuzzi tub and steam & dry sauna for restoring relaxation. Accommodations include beds for 7 adults and air beds for a total of 8 people. One pet up to about 20 lbs is welcome! All pets need to be preapproved before acceptance. The new short-term rental ordinance (Chapter 18.06.025) applies to all bookings.

HMB Coastal Delight

This is a lovely property in a quiet neighborhood with quick, easy walking access to Kelly State Beach and the Coastal trail, and the quaint HMB street with has lovely shops and great restaurants. The kitchen was superbly equipped, and the house is spacious.

Great House for Extended Family Gatherings

We loved staying here! The house was conveniently located and easily accessed. Ocean View Park next to the house was a big plus for our 9 year old granddaughter. There was enough space for 7 family members to spread out downstairs in the living room, music room, dining room, kitchen, and morning room, where our granddaughter slept. We would definitely recommend this property!

A beautiful location in a lovely home

This was a perfect place for us to relax and spend time with out daughter and grandson. The house is lovely and spacious and is very close to a walking path along the coast, where we walked almost every day.

Perfect House

This house was the perfect place for our family to gather, dress for the wedding, relax, unwind and sleep after multiple days of activities at nearby the OVY campgrounds. It was roomy and thoughtfully stocked with books for all interests including for the little one, not to mention the playground next door. The separate area for reading or quiet chatting away from the TV room was very appreciated, plus the beautifully landscaped backyard and sauna. We were so grateful and thrilled with this venue.

This property is extremely clean, easily accessible and spacious. The hosts were responsive and friendly. The location is a couple blocks to the beach, and close to parks and town.
