Very nice, clean property that was well appointed and very convenient for our purpose.There is a very nice hot tub that we didn’t have an opportunity to enjoy.More importantly, our host was kind and helpful when our guests arrived ahead of us. You will enjoy this property!

Vickie’s place out in Dripping Springs was a great location for myself and our friend group.It had plenty of space to accommodate 3 couples, was clean and easy to find, and provided a great location for us to stay for a wedding in the area that weekend. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a nice and quiet Hill Country weekend.

This home is perfect for a mid-sized group. Appreciated all the drawers and cabinets are labeled. Easy check-in and check out process. Hot tub is spacious! Thank you!

It is a lovely property and the host was wonderful, even though they had a family emergency. We saw lots of wildlife, which was exciting. The beds were comfy and I especially enjoyed my morning cup of tea on the back porch.

The fan in one of the front bedrooms did not work unless the light was on. Unfortunately the occupants were hot at night. Just one small light in the masterbedroom I realize the fan did not work but just one small light was insufficient forOccupants who slept in there. Just oneCup towel. Could have used more. Other than that the weekend was great. Couldn’t get major stations on tv. Directions on how to use tv would have been nice. So we streamed every thing. And grandchildren had to do that. We had no idea how to stream.

We are sorry you didn’t find the accommodations a 5 star, the master bedroom light worked and there were also two additional lights. We advised you the ceiling fan wasn’t working and that a portable fan had been left for your use. I am not sure what you mean by the towels but there should have been plenty of towels especially for a two night stay. It is a roku TV and you could have signed on to the major stations. I wish you had reached out, we would have been happy to walk you through it but we did not hear anything from you at all. We try to over communicate but cannot help it when it is not reciprocated.

The house excedeed my expectations! I loved every room in the house. The backyard was beautiful. The rooms were clean and spacious. We enjoyed the hot tub.
