We are high school sweethearts with 3 kids and 5 dogs who love being on our boat and out on the lake. When my dad passed away my favorite memories were our lake house and spending time as a family together and we want to bring that to other people.
Why they chose this property
We love the close proximity to the Mariana, downtown Seneca, beaches, shopping/ dining and Clemson college but still having the quiet and peaceful feeling of seclusion.
What makes this property unique
This home is less than a minute from Keowee Mariana where you can rent boats or other water activities. There is also a restaurant there and a playground for little kids. We are minutes from Downtown Seneca, which has great restaurants and shops. Looking for fun at Clemson, we are also a short drive away. At night you can relax by the bonfire pit or playing some large Jenga or ping pong in the game room.
