Turn off the lights and lock the doors
• Hang all used towels on the towel bars in the bathroom
• Leave all bedding on the bed
• Leave dishes, pots/pans and glasses clean
• Unplug small appliances
• Place all trash in the outside bin located to right behind gate (if facing house)
• Recycling pick up is currently paused, please place recycling in trash can.
• Turn off lights
• Lock all doors
• Set the Air Conditioner to 78 degrees / Heater to 55 degrees
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Why they chose this property
It's is very close to the French Quarter and Frenchman Street (20 steps) but a convenient, low-key, and surprisingly quiet place to retire. Krewe du Vieux parades by the door every year. Chewbacchus is only a block away to find a prime watching spot or easy walk to go home for restroom/ recharge time.
What makes this property unique
We are just one property away from Frenchman Street and very close to all the actions all year long. We are close to a kid friendly Park and provide a safe place to sleep at night when you're done partying for the day.
