Step into the historic Bywater, one of New Orleans’ most vibrant and exciting neighborhoods. Our laissez-faire nature derives from the heart and is rooted in years of tradition and rebirth. From this cultural identity comes The Saxony, a premier condominium located blocks from Crescent Park, a 1.4-mile, 20-acre urban linear park that connects to the Mississippi Riverfront. This brand-new construction building has all the amenities you could want including a pool, gym, and secure parking.

Conveniently located in the Bywater neighborhood, just a 10-minute drive from the French Quarter!

This condo is located inside the Saxony Building. Once entering the condominium you can take the elevator up to your unit`s floor. Once you enter the unit you`ll walk into the full kitchen which is immediately followed by the living room and patio/balcony area. The first bathroom will be to the right down the hallway followed by the first bedroom. Down the hall to the left will be the laundry room followed by the master bedroom with an attached bathroom.

You have full access to the building, condo & all amenities! Included is a parking space in a gated & secure parking garage. Free parking is also readily available around the building for any additional cars.

The Bywater is a vibrant art scene - with local artisans` galleries, funky live music venues, and art markets, embodies the essence of these adjacent neighborhoods. Host was very polite and responsive. Had issues with the lobby door code working and wi-fi. The garage code worked fine, so we just used it during our stay. Be aware if you are taking more than 1 vehicle, there is only 1 space in the locked garage per a unit. Enjoy your stay.

The unit was very clean and the secure parking was comforting. The beds were very comfy and plenty of towels were provided. The neighborhood is quiet and there are restaurants and bars within a long walk or short drive. The kitchen was stocked with food basics, plenty of coffee, and soaps. Unfortunately, we had difficulty securing any Internet connection. It was only possible to sustain a connection at a speed that was functional via phone and on the balcony. This proved to be a point of frustration as we couldn't use our laptop to research local restaurants or plan activities. Furthermore, we texted our host numerous times inquiring about this issue and did not receive a response. The Internet issue is most likely caused by the concrete building structure blocking signal.
