Venture to the new double decker dock where you can relax on the upper deck, jump off the top jump gate, swim and hangout on the lilypad, or explore with the included kayaks and paddleboards. Upstairs you will find 2 king beds, a bunk room with 2 full bunk beds, and a pullout sofa. Each room has a TV equipped with ROKU so you can watch your favorite shows. The master has an ensuite bathroom and the other rooms will share a bathroom in the hallway.

Downstairs you will find a fantastic game room with ping pong, shuffleboard, foosball, Pacman, Golden Tee, and Buck Hunter arcade games. Store your drinks in the mini-fridge for quick refreshment while you`re playing or watching your favorite movie on the 85` TV with Sonos theatre surround sound.

Just minutes from downtown Winchester, Dry Creek Beach, and Twin Creeks Marina. You`ll also be a short drive to Jack Daniel`s Distillery where you can experience tours and tastings or golf and hike and Tims Ford State Park.

The home is located in the quiet Dripping Springs neighborhood that is within 5 min to Twin Creeks Marina, Dry Creek Beach, Devil`s Step boat ramp, and downtown Winchester.

The lift in the dockslip is setup for a wake or v bottom style boat. November-March the water levels are dropped by the TVA and the gangway will become steep and you may not be able to park a boat in the slip but you are still able to use the dock.

The home does not have water views but does have a private dock on an outlot. The dock is about a 2 minute golf cart ride away or you can also walk to the dock easily. There are steps down to the dock and a small hill. The 6 seater golf cart does come with the rental of the home. Only persons 25 yrs of age or greater are able to drive the golf cart. The golf cart is only intended to be driven back and forth to the dock if needed. The game room is downstairs and you will have to walk through the garage to enter the game room. The stairs down to the basement area are steep but you can also use the outdoor access for the garage if needed.
