Walkways may be uneven or contain cracks and floors and other surfaces may be slippery. Outdoor surfaces may be slippery. Host does not make any warranties or guarantees as to the safety of the property and premises. You agree that you are voluntarily participating in these activities and assume all risks of injury, illness, damage, or loss.
2. Release of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Host(s), property owner(s), and any affiliated individuals shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, theft, or damage to persons or property during your stay, regardless of cause, including negligence.
3. Children and Minors:
Guests are solely responsible for supervising all minors and ensuring their safety at all times during the stay. Host does not warranty or represent that the property or its amenities are childproof.
4. Property Use and Hazards:
You agree to use the property and all amenities at your own risk. This includes (but is not limited to) any outdoor spaces, fire pits, jet tub, showers, fireplace, games, electronics, walkways, stairs, decks, and appliances. You must follow all safety instructions and posted signage, but signage and instructions are not intended to cover all risks or potential hazards.
5. Personal Belongings and Vehicles:
The Host is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings or property during your stay, including personal items and vehicles.
6. Compliance with House Rules and Local Laws:
You agree to follow all House Rules and all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Any violation may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
7. Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Host(s) from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your actions or omissions, or those of your guests or invitees.

By completing the booking, you and all guests on the property during your reservation acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Liability Waiver and all House Rules.
