Step into comfort and style during your next beach vacation in this luxurious, professionally designed condo located on the north tip of Fort Myers Beach. Boasting two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the living and dining area is open, light and bright, with a sliding glass door that goes out to your private beach-facing screened-in balcony.

• Full, completely renovated kitchen, with plateware, glassware, utensils and cookware.
• Master bedroom has king-size bed and overlooks the beach with private sliding glass door to the balcony.
• Second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and access to RARE in-unit washer and dryer.
• Master bathroom has walk-in shower, the second bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

This unit comfortably sleeps up to four guests.

The Vacation Villas complex has a large heated pool and lounge chairs with BBQ, fire pit, laundry room and direct pathway to the beach. Enjoy being close to the “entertainment district” of the island while still being far enough north that you have peace and quiet when you want it.

Beautiful View

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was wonderful - great location, great view, we had a wonderful time. The biggest issue was trying to figure out the TV, some instructions would have been helpful. Also, the lights in the dining and living room were really bright, it would have been nice if we could have dimmed them. We ended up just using the little portal lights, which were really nice to have. Night light in bathroom was nice also, once I found the charging wire.
