We loved this little house! My grandsons loved sleeping in the loft and it was perfect for the three of us. Very cute dinosaur theme throughout the house and my grandsons really liked that.

We absolutely loved staying at the Guesthouse..it was perfect for us and our two dinosaur loving grandchildren. The location couldn’t have been any better..close to the square and also Fossil Rim and the State Park. The Guesthouse itself had all of the necessities for a quick weekend trip. It was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Spotless, thoughtfully stocked guest house. The small kitchen area contained everything we needed, and the back patio with charcoal grill was perfect for an evening of grilling and relaxing. Absolutely love this for our get-away! It was myself and my two boys (5 and 8) and we had the best time for our Hiking, fishing, safari trip! We had just enough space for snack dinners, down time with movies and books, warm shower, and stores in a small fire pit. More than 4 people is too many. The three of us was perfect fit. It is next to a normal home so you do have a close neighbor but we never saw each other. The upstairs loft is like an extra extra long twin bed. My 5 and 8 year old fit but their feet did touch and they were okay with it. Grown kids and some kids who need space may not want to share the space. It is super cool up there!
