Best location and pool!

We loved the 2min walk to beach, 8min bike to Coligny, and awesome secluded private pool area.

Fall getaway

Once again we had a fantastic week at 4 nighthawk. Location cant be beat. The house is comfortable,and the fenced yard is perfect for our goldens. The large deck is very nice and the pool is another added perk. Look forward to our next stay.home is comfortable and the fenced yard is perfect

Perfect Location

We visit Hilton Head every summer. We will definitely be staying here again. The location was perfect to the beach. We rode bikes to Coligny Plaza for ice cream and shopping. The pool was perfect - great shade when you have had too much beach sun. It was helpful to have beach chairs and bicycles. The extra refrigerator came in handy for drinks! We loved our stay here.

Great house and location

Really great location with close proximity to the beach. Pool was great and was very private in the backyard. Only issue with the pool is that it gets dirty very easily due to all of the trees around it. Keeping a pool vacuum at the house would be a bonus so tenants can clean themselves if they wanted to. Pool is only cleaned twice a week, and was dirty when we arrived even though they had it cleaned that day. Air conditioner broke when we were there, but the property manager was able to get someone out that same night and had it fixed. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

The property is in a great location. Other than that there were a few issues. The front door wouldn’t latch and stay closed unless you locked the deadbolt. The a/c wasn't the best. The lowest temperature available was 76. Some days it got up to 83 in the house, even when the temperature was in the upper 80s outside. The air handler seemed weak and not circulating enough air. The oven did not work. There was a bad igniter that was supposed to be replaced 5 days into our stay. It never got fixed. Ants. Ants everywhere outside. If you sit out by the pool they will be all over you.

Great place!

Sitting in the sunroom you could see the path to the beach! I was worried because it said 4 rows back. It was a two minute walk to beach! We had four college age boys and the POOL was the biggest hit by far! The kitchen was perfect and two containers for the grill! Nothing like a burger at the pool! The showers always had hot water as well! Table in dining area was big and perfect to eat at too! Plenty of seating in and out! We left some pool floats for the next group to enjoy. Great time and great food at HHI. Definitely would stay again! And we got to bring our sweet dog! Thank you!

Location is everything

The house itself is a 3 but the location is a 5. I'd give it a 10 if I could. The house was cleaned but the couches, carpets, drapes, outside furniture all need to be deeply cleaned. If the house had a facelift, it would benefit it greatly. But at the end of the day, the location was more important to us. It literally took us just 1 minute to walk to the beach, and the house is on such a quiet street that you would never know you're only a 3 minute drive to Coligny. So you get the best of both worlds.

Location of the property was just what our family was looking for. The AC unit on the other hand could not keep up and a technician had to come out bc one day it was 90 in the house. turns our the air filter looked like it had not been changed in 6+ mths. the Ac still had a hard time keeping the house cool. The house could of been cleaner. dust bunnies on the ceiling in the rooms. dust and hair on the walls. it was just not the cleanest place we have stayed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we've always had a good experience staying at this house. We love that it's pet friendly and has a fenced in backyard. The pool is also great for dogs with a large baja deck. The patio and deck are both spacious and offer plenty of privacy. There's also a good grill always stocked with propane. The location is excellent with the beach being a very short walk. There's plenty of room inside as well. The kitchen is pretty well stocked, and it's nice to have 2 full size refrigerators. The TV's now all have Roku's, so it's easy to connect on streaming. We also enjoy the screened in porch. The property management is also very responsive if you ever need anything. And it also comes with bikes and beach chairs. Overall, we're always very happy with this house, and will stay here again.

Not as clean as it should have been. Area rug in living area was off white and loaded with stains. An easy fix. Sofa and pillows pretty shot. Loved the layout. Pool good but again, deck not maintained.
