What a beautiful property! The house is so peaceful, comfortable, and a great location. The hosts are so welcoming and have amazing communication. They've thought of every detail and amenity to make your stay enjoyable and convenient. 10/10 recommend!

This was a perfect place for us. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. It is very close to downtown Berea. We would definitely come back.

Kate was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating! We fell in love with this sweet town. Her house is located in a quiet street and conveniently located. We enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of exploring and shopping.

The accommodations were exceptional, clean, well-appointed and very welcoming for us and our 2 pups. Great kitchen and close location to Berea college. The backyard was well kept and garden beautiful as well as well secured for pets and vehicle. Neighbor safe and quiet. Very, very happy with home and hosts. Highly recommend!

This lovely home is a real treasure! The decor is beautiful with lots of local art pieces and crafts. The rooms are bright, roomy and comfortable. The yard is an oasis of relaxation with plenty of seating, fire pit, grill, and hot tub. Our pup enjoyed the fenced yard. The screened back porch was perfect for those that wanted to be part of the outdoor conversations but from the comfort of indoors. The bedrooms are spacious and clean. And we are all experiencing the loss of the bidet ()Kate is a super host, excellent communication, activity suggestions, and lots of homey touches to make you feel like visiting family.Highly recommend and we will be returning

We had such a wonderful stay at The Woods! From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. Check-in and check-out were seamless and easy, which made the whole experience even more relaxing. The home was spotless and so cozy, with plenty of space for our family to relax. The outdoor areas were a highlight—we loved spending time in the hot tub, gathering around the fire pit, and enjoying the peaceful, private setting. The fully fenced yard was perfect and such a treat for our dog! We were celebrating a special birthday weekend, and the thoughtful touches truly made it feel unforgettable. The location couldn’t have been better—just minutes from Berea College, town, and the Pinnacles, yet it still feels like a quiet retreat in nature. Kate and Dave went above and beyond to make our stay special, with thoughtful touches that made our visit feel truly personal and memorable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend The Woods to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway!

We loved our stay here! It truly felt like a home and not just a rental. All the bedrooms were so comfortable and had everything you may need. We really enjoyed the screened in porch at night after a long day. We will definitely book again on our annual ky visit!
