Beautiful, updated condo with a gorgeous view of the ocean. Easy access to the ocean and pool.

It was conveniently located to great restaurants and the nostalgic downtown area of Fernandina. The beach was nice and wide and not crowded at all. The condo was clean, nicely decorated with comfortable beds. We would definitely like to visit again.

Perfect Location

This was an annual girl's trip. The location is absolutely perfect for the beach and restaurants. The condo has all the amenities you would need. The only drawback is the furniture is not comfortable.comfortable. throuthere.

Girls Getaway

My friend and I enjoyed our week in this condo in the Oceans Of Amelia so much! I’ve stayed at Oceans twice before but this condo was my favorite by far! From the moment you walk in and see the lovely decor and furnishing to the moment you walk out on the veranda overlooking the spectacular ocean view, you know uou’ve come to the right place for a relaxing vacation!! The condo has all the essentials you need to be right at home!

Sick vacay

In all fairness we both got very sick the second night there . Left a day early because of possible winds from the hurricane shutting down bridge out of Fernandina. Not a good experience this trip, had nothing to do with condo . FYI one chair in living room had sand in it. Sadly we never made it to beach or pool

Oceanside weekend

The condo is in a perfect location. We enjoyed the beach. The unit doesn’t look like it has been updated as stated in the description. The mattresses were awful, and the unit is dated. It was very clean and had everything we needed. If you are staying with more than two people, there wouldn’t be room for everyone on the very small deck. There are no beach towels. That is just wrong for a condo on the beach!

Quick Trip to Florida

This area was really nice and the beach was steps away. We rented bikes and had a great time on them. The condo complex has a place to park the bikes which was nice as well. The only issue that I have with anything is that the description states that the place has been remodeled. I would say… that is a bit of stretch. The kitchen cabinets look like a cat scratched the paint off. The countertops look updated but none of the rest of the kitchen is updated. I was disappointed with the shower water pressure in the master bath and the shower head is old and needs replacing. The electrical outlets in the second bedroom didn’t work either. The sliding glass door to the balcony was difficult to open and close and the latch lock on it didn’t work. I would definitely stay at the complex again, but I would probably pick a different unit.

The check-in was easy and they actually had the unit ready ahead of time. When we got there, we had a hard time finding our parking space and the parking is horrible. You better have a small car or you’re gonna have a hard time parking. We immediately contacted The property manager because we could not get into the parking space that they had allocated for us and they gave us another parking space so that was smooth. There were no shampoo or conditioner in either bathrooms or lotion supplied not even a trial size. They have a note to use tissues to take off, make up and not to use their linens and that tissues were provided. Guess what No tissues were provided anywhere in the unit. The trashcan in the kitchen was broken and cracked all the way down the side and a big piece missing. The master bed is horrible with a big hump in it. We went down to the pool the next day and are laying out by ourselves and a worker comes and starts leaf blowing all of the debris around the pool. A lot goes into the pool and no one comes to use a net to get it out so now you have an area that’s clean around the pool, but the pool itself is dirty. The location is nice and the unit itself is a nice unit. .

Great Beach Front Condo

This was a great location on a quiet beach. The condo was well furnished, but different than listing. Listing pictures showed 2 twin beds in second bedroom, but there was a queen. Still slept six, total, but if kids are different sexes...Short drive to downtown and grocery stores. Would definitely come back.

Bugs of Amelia

Very disappointed in the value of this condo. We paid top price for poor quality. After 5 minutes of our toddlers walking barefoot through the condo, the bottoms of their feet were black from the dirty floors. As we were changing diapers, we had small beetles crawling across the bed (on multiple occasions). 2 days later we had 2 separate colonies of ants (the biting kind) coming out of the baseboards in the hall. We had to have pest control come out. Half of the ceiling light fixtures either weren’t connected to the light switches or didn’t work at all. Multiple wall outlets didn’t work. The ceiling fan in the extra bedroom was too loud to use and was missing the cover, leaving the lightbulb itself exposed. The HVAC technicians had to come out and look at the unit during our stay because it needed to be replaced. There are rust stains running down the front of the refrigerator. Clogged drains in the bathtub and bathroom sink. I could go on, but I’d rather forget this condo. Paid for 5 stars, got the value of 2 (thanks to the location of the condo).

Lovely Condo with Beautiful View

The condo was perfect in every way! The view of the dunes and ocean was spectacular. Office personnel were friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return and recommend to others.

Great Location and perfect for our trip

The kids loved it--we were just steps from the beach and had a great clean pool area. Quick drive to the historic downtown area as well.

Found some dead bugs next to bed, had to sweep up. Towel bar in hall bath was broken and could not hang towels on it. Two chairs on the balcony were broken. Overall the condo was nice, short walk to beach.

Perfect Beach Place
