The check in process was amazing. I originally got on and said we needed a room for my spouse, my kid and myself, and so we needed a room to sleep 3 of us. For some reason it gave us a single bed and recliner. A room that clearly does not sleep 3 people. The lady at the front desk was so helpful and friendly and got us in a room for all of us. So was so kind, sweet and so helpful. We will definitely be back because of their staff. Thank you!
