Five bedroom, 3.5 bath family home with eat-in kitchen (4-burner induction stove-top and 2 ovens), dining room, living room, family room, enclosed porch, small dining deck, terrace with fire pit and couches. 270 degree view of the ocean. Narragansett Town Beach is just 1 mile north and Scarborough State Beach about 2 miles south. A five minute drive to the Block Island ferry in Pt. Judith, a 25 minute drive to the Martha's Vineyard fast ferry and Newport is about a 20 minute drive. Perfect for a peaceful family vacation or a longer-term rental for a URI professor.

There is an optional Linen Package if you would like shower towels, beach towels and sheets provided, for $200.

Load the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please bring the recycling bins up to the street, next to the mailbox as pick up is Tuesday mornings around 9am. The bins are in the garage; there is a side door entrance.
Also, please make sure all of your trash is in the dark bins in the garage with the lids on.
Please make sure none of the toilets are “running”. Jiggle the handles to be sure they are not stuck in a position where the bowl sounds like it is constantly trying to fill. Thank you!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Water and Lawn Access: The lawn is only as wide as the house. Please do not venture onto our neighbor's lawn. NO access to the rocks or ocean.
Keep your gatherings “neighborly”…no loud music, no trash/bottles strewn about, etc. Let us know in advance if you plan a gathering with more than 10
No garage access except to put house garbage and recycling in large bins at the end of your stay.

A fantastic property with a stunning view! Our group of 9 women had plenty of space inside and out to enjoy our 4 night stay. Priscilla was right on top of communicating with us whenever we had a question. Plenty of gathering areas to enjoy sitting and talking or playing games. Highly recommend!

The pictures do not do it justice!!!! This view is breathtaking from every angle! There is so much room in the house, you never feel cramped into one space. The host had everything you needed/could think of! We enjoyed walking to Sea Craft for lunch. Ubers were very easy to get and not too far of a drive to Newport! Would highly recommend this for families or a group of friends!

The Perfect Family Vacation!

This home and yard exceeded our expectations for 8 adults and 2 children! The pictures are an accurate reflection of the property. Stunning views! I can't say enough good things about the owner, Priscilla. Her responses to any questions we had was immediate. We all agreed that we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home with an even more beautiful view!

My family and I absolutely loved our weekend stay in this beautiful home! The house was spacious, cozy, clean and absolutely beautiful. There was more than enough room for the 10 of us and the property owners provided us with absolutely everything we could possibly need. The patio, firepit and view were spectacular - the perfect spot for a cocktail in the evening. We loved the house so much we even canceled our dinner reservations so we could stay in and enjoy the accommodations longer! Priscilla and Jim were both extremely responsive and helpful with any questions or needs. We would definitely stay here again!

Breathtaking views and beautiful house

Our group of 10 adults absolutely loved this house! It is much bigger than the pictures show. We spent most of our time out on the enclosed back porch and in the yard when weather permitted. The windows seats were another popular spot for reading or having coffee. Our only complaint was the lack of a microwave oven. We do many of these group trips to different locations and this one was one of the best!

Perfect Home To Make Family Memories

Stayed here with my family for my wedding weekend and it was the perfect house for us. My grandmother absolutely loved the views and the porch was the perfect place for her to relax and take in the ocean breeze. Incredible home with amazing views

The pictures don't give it justice. This home is beautiful, massive and perfect for our group of 10 (three families.) Pricilla was the most gracious host, checking in to make sure everything was in order and was VERY responsive when VRBO didn't email the check-in instructions :). Relaxing getaway with all the comforts. The house is very large and had plenty of space for everyone

We were a group of 6 Adults and loved the fact that this house had different separate area were we could work and relax. The outdoor has a nice sitting area with a fire pit and a lot of grass area. The view of the Ocean was unbelievable. There are a lot of stairs in the house, for us was fine, we were getting our daily exercise. We were sorry for not been able to bring our small dog, the owner does not allow it. Overall this is a beautiful house with all the comforts you need.

Wonderful!

We booked with Priscilla literally in the middle of the night two days prior to our stay, due to another booking cancelling on us last minute. She was super fast to reply, always attentive and answered all of our questions before, during and after our stay! The property and neighborhood is just gorgeous and the house was comfortable and clean! The game room with own games was so awesome And the fire pit was great too ! You can’t really get bored here!

We had a beautiful weekend at this home. We came to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from URI and we all enjoyed the beautiful weather on the outside living spaces. The sunrise photos taken from the upper deck are breathtaking. Home was conveniently located to campus and grocery stores. We would all come back again!
