Escape to this totally unique single story private retreat in the Carmel Valley sunshine with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 car garage and hot tub. Why there is even an outdoor shower! Watch the abundance of wildlife, sip wine or Margaritas on the back patio and relish in the good life. Property is in a very desirable walk able neighborhood. Garland park with 4000 acres is near by with great hiking trails. Carmel Valley Village is less than a 10 minute drive with its many wine tasting rooms and delicious restaurants. Bernardus Lodge is 5 minute drive. Carmel Beach and downtown Carmel is approximately a 15 minute drive west. This truly is a very inspiring home not your ordinary pad.

I consider myself a Californian having lived here most of my life, but I was not born here. I am blessed with an incredible very unique property that I hope you enjoy. I am brand new to VRBO as of 07/25/2025. I have never been a host. I love Pickleball, hiking nature, travel and singing. I was a pretty good mountain biker but stopped a few years back. I know where to ride, hike and play. I have been selling real estate since 1987. I work for Sotheby's International Realty. When you are in my house, my dog, Peanut and I may take a road trip.

Very Walkable. Many residents walk their dogs around the loop.
Very convenient to Carmel Valley Village and just 15 minutes to the beach and downtown Carmel. Bernardus Lodge is less than 5 minute drive. Garland park with 4000 acres of hiking trails is a hop skip and a jump. There is sun and not gloomy like Carmel can be.

The views are in your FACE! It is like living in a glass house with beauty enveloping one. The Oak trees off the patio are magnificent. It is private. There is an atrium a hot tub and a outdoor shower. It is unique.
