We have excellent discounted prices for low season. Monthly guests will be responsible for AC electric usage.

This sweet penthouse, located in one of Playa's favorite boutique properties, is a favorite with many repeat clients. It's located on the top floor of the building with lovely sunsets. A crystalline pool, located in the garden level, is a wonderful attraction. Two double beds in the bedroom and a double bed in the overlooking loft, allows families to have a cost effective location in the heart of Playa's best neighborhood. Cafes, shops, open air restaurants are all just a few steps away on Fifth Avenue. The beach is an easy 4 minute walk down a tree-lined boulevard.
