Wake up to breathtaking Deer Valley ski run views, the lakes at Deer Valley and plenty of open space creating the perfect blend of natural beauty and modern convenience! With just steps to the bus stop, heading out to Deer Valley's Snow Park Lodge or Park City's Historic Main Street, makes this townhome location convenient to access for all of your activities.

This inviting 1,550-square-foot retreat is ideal, offering a one floor layout designed for relaxation and convenience beginning with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably sleeping 6 guests in beds. A sofa sleeper located in the living room offers additional sleeping.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1- Features a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a step-in shower. Bedroom 2: Has a Queen-size bedBedroom 3: Has two Twin-size bedsThe second bathroom has a step-in shower.

All bedrooms feature warm duvets and luxury 400-thread-count linens and oversized pillows.

Bathrooms are stocked with luxury L'Occitane shampoo, conditioner, lotion, cleansing bars, and a hairdryer.

Living Area: The living room offers two plush sofas, a plush armchair, a game table, rock gas fireplace, and a TV surrounded by warm wood finishes. Step outside to access your peaceful hot tub overlooking the spectacular Deer Valley mountains.

Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen is designed with luxury in mind, offering a Viking gas stove range, fridge, dishwasher, dishes, flatware, bakeware, and cookware, making it easy to prepare meals at home. Parents will appreciate the plastic kid's dishware for worry-free meals. Enjoy cooking your favorite BBQ meal, located on the deck, while looking for the local moose that tends to wander by or to swim in the lake.

Dining: Gather around the dining table for meals and fun! Seats all 8 people comfortably - perfect for groups!

Hot tub: Enjoy your private hot tub with spectacular views of the mountain ski runs, lake, and natural landscape beauty.

Parking: Secure private garage parking for one car. Additional covered parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Location: The home is located directly on the route of the free city-wide shuttle bus, making it easy to access Park City's many shops, restaurants, art galleries, and entertainment.

Air Conditioning: While this home doesn't feature central air conditioning, you can stay comfortable by opening the windows at night to welcome in the crisp mountain breeze. In the morning, simply close the windows and blinds before sunrise to help maintain a cool indoor temperature throughout the day.

WiFi and TV:Complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home. All TV's are Smart TVs, no cable.

Laundry: A full size washer and dryer with a starter supply of laundry detergent makes it easy for long term rentals.

We had a great stay! The condo was spacious, full of natural light, clean, and had a beautiful view of the lake. We used the hot tub everyday - it was perfect after a day is skiing. The Deer Valley shuttle was super easy to use and made getting to the mountain a breeze. Highly recommend this condo and we are looking forward to coming back next year!

Super charming with an elevated style that feels very "Deer Valley". Perfect for families. After a day of skiing, we loved enjoying the hot tub with direct views of the Deer Valley mountains. Cozy fireplace, private car garage, and quality kitchenware were all greatly appreciated.

My family and I just stayed here for a week and it was perfect. Excellent location to Snow Park Lodge with a daily ski shuttle that picks you up right at your door and drops you off at the end of your day skiing. Easy access to Main Street as well. Well appointed condo that was very clean. Would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful home base for enjoying Deer Valley and Park City

We had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful condo and it was a perfect home base for skiing at Deer Valley and dining and shopping in Park City. The kitchen, dining area, living room, bedrooms, and bathrooms were all clean, comfortable, well decorated, and well maintained. The hot tub and gorgeous view were particular highlights. The property manager was very helpful too. We hope to return!

Our family of 4 stayed for 4 nights in February. The condo was perfect for our needs. Everything was clean and organized and overall was very spacious. We enjoyed having the 3rd bedroom so the kids could have their own rooms. The kitchen was well stocked and the living area was perfect with plenty of comfortable seating for all with the warmth of the fireplace. Location was great and close to both skiing and dining. Communication was easy and informative. We would love to stay again.

This condo has everything you would need and more. The floors are heated! They have taken the space and decorated it like a quality ski chalet - just gorgeous. Everyone slept well, the hot tub looked out in a snowy field and the deer valley ski slopes. The property manager is so helpful! We hope to come back!!!

Couple thoughts.

The property was overall very nice. We had small children running back and forth in the upstairs unit. It was very noisy but they stopped once we notified susan. I would highly recommend getting a smart television in the living room so people can log into their own service. Also maybe a little bigger tv as well. Thanks

Like you’re borrowing your best friends’ home

So much positive to share: - We had no issues checking in- Comfy beds and ample space to spread out - FULLY stocked kitchen and baths (they provided shampoo, conditioner, Kleenex, toilet paper, pocket tissues, high quality body lotion, salt and pepper, olive oil, all the cookware you could possibly want….the list goes on and on…- This was by far the best VRBO we have ever visited and it felt as if we were staying at our friends’ home. The only negative for our family (and we knew this coming in) is that it’s a downstairs unit and you are at the mercy of the neighbors above you. As a result, you do pick up a fair bit of noise…toilets flushing, kids running around at 6am, etc. It wouldn’t stop us from coming back again next year.
