Nestled in the heart of picturesque Deer Valley, this charming 1632 sq. ft. townhome offers the perfect blend of convenience and tranquility. Situated just off the trail, it provides easy access to the area's renowned outdoor activities while offering a cozy retreat for relaxation. The Ridgepoint ski out trail is just a few steps from the front door and ski closet. The ski trail is groomed daily by Deer Valley and connects to Deer Valley Resort's Last Chance/Success runs. The ski in trail is off Silver Link run with a short walk back up Sterling Street to the top of the ski trail and a short ski back down to the front door.
Whether you're an avid hiker, mountain biker, or simply want to enjoy the breathtaking scenery, you'll find the outdoors at your doorstep. Beyond the trails, you'll find that the home is conveniently located a just a few minutes walk from the charming shops and restaurants of Deer Valley's Silver Lake Lodge area.

The townhome features an inviting and well-furnished living area, designed for relaxation after a day of outdoor adventures as well as 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Cozy up by the real wood fireplace, enjoy a movie night with friends and family or venture outside onto one of two private balcony's to either gaze at the amazing stars or soak in the private hot tub. Kids will enjoy the fenced off outdoor pool in the summer and the communal jacuzzi all year long. Newly re-surfaced tennis / pickle ball courts are truly a wonderful addition!

Finally, stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi and enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer within the unit. Central heating and the cozy wood fire keep you warm during the winter months and don't worry about missing your flight because of a snow storm. The covered parking will keep your vehicle protected from the elements making your stay even more convenient.

The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and toaster oven. It's perfect for whipping up a delicious meal or preparing snacks for your outdoor excursions.
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located on the lower level and a small den above the kitchen, providing plenty of options for up to 6 adults max. The king bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and the second bath (combo shower / bath) is shared with the bunk room (double bunks) and the queen bedroom. The den has a brand new sofa and provides a nice space to escape the bustle of a busy household!

Slopeside Serenity: A Deer Valley Condo Escape

We loved the location. It was a short walk to the Silver Lake Lodge, where we stored our skis overnight, and close to the Stein Eriksen Lodge, where we enjoyed apres-ski and dinner. Shuttle service to Park City was conveniently located as well. The condo was spacious and had all the amenities one would need. The hot tub was very popular after a full day of skiing.

Deer Valley Skiing

If Deer Valley skiing is your focus this mid-mountain location is a great option. Easy ski out and can ski close on the return with a short walk. Description was accurate, house and kitchen supplies exceeded expectations, and covered parking nearby was great when snow was in the forecast. Mountain Treasures, the management company, was easy to communicate with and very helpful.

This place is an amazing Deer Valley ski in/out location: easy to find, parking, separate ski closet, jacuzzi. Communication w/the management company was easy and prompt. This rental had everything our family of 5 needed: Beds are comfortable, plenty of extra blankets, pillows, towels, kitchen was well equipped and had all the basic (oil, salt& pepper, dishwasher pods, sponge, spices, etc..). We would def. recommend ! Had a great time!

Great escape

This was a very convenient and cozy stay. The unit is well maintained and plenty of room to spread out. Loved the ski out, little work for the ski in, but still good. This was the best stocked unit we’ve ever rented. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. Plenty of towels and soaps too. Hot tub is a great way to unwind after a day on the slipes

good family unit for easy ski in / ski out at deer valley

terrific time skiing and staying at this unit at deer valley. great private hot tub. kitchen had all essentials. very well managed. rustic condo unit which was totally fine for us but if you're looking for a new fancy type renovated place this isn't it. we loved the ski in / ski out it saved us a lot of time traveling to and from the mountain.

I am British born and bred and moved to the east coast US in 2005. I passionately skied for several years with my 4 children, in Jay Peak, Vermont, but after visiting Utah a couple of times, made the move to Park City in 2012. We adore the life here, summer and winter. Utah is a mecca for outdoor enthusiasts and I am delighted to be able to share some of my family's passion with our guests. We would love to give recommendations of favorite places to visit, places to ski, places to bike and hike. We'd love to hear your stories too. As relative newcomers to Park City we are always exploring and constantly enjoying the discovery of new places and things to see and do.

This property offers ski on access to the wonderful Deer Valley ski area, and is steps away from a vibrant après scene at the Silver Lake Lodge area. It is a short walk from the free Park City shuttle stop which has busses taking you all over town. The private hot tub is a luxury not to be missed after a day in the mountains, both in summer and winter.

Tucked into the heart of Deer Valley, this location is close to the vibrant Silver Lake community with plenty of après ski drinks and dinner options, yet it is remains close to Park City Main St via the free city bus service. Proximity to ski in and ski out trials is always a major perk!
