The home was decorated so nice! Home is small and kitchen is very small if you plan to cook for a large family, it would be challenging. There are no beach chairs, wagon or items to use for beach so bring your own! One of the bikes seat was loose and nothing to tighten it so had to forgo riding. We only used the pool once for about an hour. It was too cold to stay in. Not heated.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We are happy to hear you found our property to be nicely decorated. The bike issue has been taken care of! The pool may be too cold to swim in during October, yes. We do have a wonderful hot tub for our guests enjoyment though. We hope to have you stay with us again!

House was lovely and location was great, closer to Alys/Rosemary but also easy to get to Seaside. Loved having 3 full baths, one for each bedroom. Wish the house had come with enough beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and bikes for the 5 of us. There were 3 bikes available, and they gifted us 2 beach towels but no chairs/umbrellas. We purchased and left some, so maybe the next renters will benefit. Beach access is down the way east of the neighborhood (we could not find access through the condos as we were told), but still a quick walk. This section of beach was way less congested than further west every day that we were there which was nice. The cottages were quaint and quiet. Pool is nice, not a ton of chairs available fyi. The trash under the sink is pretty hard to pull out/push in, and the main floor porch loveseat is broken, so beware before you sit. Management company was always very responsive.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback! We're thrilled you enjoyed the location and the extra bathrooms—that's what we hear most from families like yours. We genuinely appreciate you leaving beach chairs and umbrellas for our next guests; that's incredibly thoughtful. Thanks for the heads-up about the trash can and loveseat—we'll get those addressed right away. We're so glad our team was responsive throughout your stay, and we hope you'll return to us soon!
