Two story traditional lay-out with brand new flooring throughout the first floor and new well-equipped kitchen (2023), dining room and living room with a separate den that can be used as a fifth bedroom with a sectional sleeper sofa. The laundry and a powder room are also located on this floor. The second floor features four bedrooms, one primary suite with a full bathroom and three bedrooms sharing a full size hall bathroom. There are spacious covered decks off of the kitchen and main living area on the first floor for easy entertaining and family barbecues. The second floor has an open deck spanning the length of house for maximum sun bathing and sunset views. Large stationary dock over the water, multiple floating docks for easy access with paddle boards, kayaks, swimming, and boat slip. A fantastic vacation home for families to enjoy all the water sports/activities and beautiful views the bay has to offer! Large detached garage for storage, off-street parking for four cars. Beach cart, 6-8 chairs, beach umbrella provided. There are 3 bicycles in the garage for tenant use. Beach access to the path on 44th and Dune Drive. This is a Friday to Friday rental term. June weeks are flexible with dates. Please inquire as to the rates for an abbreviated time frame.
