The house itself it's adorable, clean and beautifully decorated. I unfortunately had an accident while on vacation (unrelated to the property) and Kina has been the most amazing and understanding person. Ahe checked in on me and was cery understanding when I couldn't clean up like I wanted to. I recommend this house to anyone who wants a homey, relaxing place to stay that's close to everything!

The property was exactly as presented. It was extremely clean, comfortable and well appointed. The location is excellent very close to Spanish Springs town Square and the orange blossom country club. The communication with the host was very quick and efficient. She even answered questions I had about the golf car even though later, I noticed my questions were already written out in the book left for us.

We had a great stay at Kiki's Kasita. The house is nice and is completely renovated. Kitchen has been replaced and has all new appliances. We cooked several meals vs going to restaurants which saved hundreds of dollars on our trip. Golf cart is newer and reliable and allowed us to see the Villages from a golf cart perspective! House is close to all the shopping available on Rt 441 and is close to the Spanish Springs Square.Our stay was very affordable, and we would definitely stay again.
