Charming 1940's 2-bedroom Bungalow
Your cozy getaway awaits in Menasha! With 2 bedrooms featuring a queen bed and a twin bed, along with a well-equipped bathroom and kitchen, guests will feel right at home. The property also offers heating, AC, washer and dryer, and many other amenities for added convenience and comfort. We think our bungalow will help you to experience everything Menasha has to offer. Located in a quiet, safe residential neighborhood, it is close to downtown, walking and biking trails, parks and water ways, including both Lake Winnebago and Little Lake Butte Des Morts, and the Fox River. Private backyard, easy access to hi-ways, lots of restaurants and small cafes in a friendly, laid back environment. We are 5 minutes from Downtown Neenah, 10 minutes from Appleton, and 4 minutes from out regional Medical Center. We are a certified and licensed Tourism Home. We meet all health & housing standards per the City of Menasha and the State of Wisconsin.
