The secondary bedroom features a Queen bed, TV, desk, and balcony. One patio offers amazing Mountain Views while the other overlooks the community pool.
Mesquite Country Club offers an exceptional lifestyle, with multiple pools and spas, tennis and pickleball courts, and a scenic backdrop courtesy of the 110-acre Prescott Preserve. Officially established in 2025 by a coalition of local residents and lovingly protected by The Oswit Trust, the preserve adds a rare sense of openness and community. We were very happy with the condo. No clutter and cupboards and closets were tidy and organized. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed and appliances all worked great. The location was perfect for shopping and restaurants as well as the CV link was right outside the complex grounds. Host was excellent and responded quickly with the couple of minor issues that arose.
