Prime Location! Spectacular views! The location of this ground level, end unit, makes it the perfect vacation retreat. It is situated in Phase 3 of the popular gated Mesquite Country Club. Our guests enjoy beautiful sunrises, sunsets and majestic mountain views!

This luxurious condo unit boasts a comfortable living room and a fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and spacious en-suite, and the completely private guest bedroom has a queen size bed. Each bedroom features its own adjacent bathroom.

This condo is immaculately maintained and partially decorated with Tommy Bahama style designer furnishings. Beautiful ceramic tile covers the floors throughout the main living areas with vinyl plank flooring in the bedrooms. The southwest-facing patio not only offers amazing views, but privacy and tranquility due to its orientation and location within the complex.

The living room has a 42 inch flat screen HD TV, and in the master bedroom there is a 32 inch flat screen HD TV. Free enhanced cable is provided. High speed internet with WiFi is included, as well as free long distance telephone calls within the USA and Canada.

The pool (one of 3 in this phase), spa, and tennis/pickleball courts are just steps away from the front entrance. The bicycle/walking path is nearby and there is ample covered parking available in front of the unit. Central air conditioning, gas barbeque grill, and full-sized washer/dryer are provided for your convenience.

Mesquite Country Club is conveniently located just three miles from downtown Palm Springs and minutes from the Palm Springs International Airport. You will be able to enjoy all the activities this famous city has to offer including fine dining, shopping, golfing, hiking, biking, horseback riding, gambling, water park, and riding the aerial tramway. You will also be in close proximity to all amenities including the public library, grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants and more. The amusement parks of Los Angeles and the beaches of southern California are only a 2 hour drive away.

Our condo is the ideal retreat for travelers looking for a private, relaxing, warm getaway. We strive to provide you with all the comforts of home. Just relax and enjoy your stay!

2nd getaway to palm springs

This was our 2nd time staying at this place. We looked at others before booking, but decided to stay where we did last year as we felt so comfortable. Close proximity to airport and other areas as well walking path. Townhouse is exactly as pictured every thing you would need is there. Would definitely stay again.

Comfort and Location

All beds and furniture are so comfortable. One of the best if not the best Vrbo we’ve stayed at. Would definitely stay again and recommend Darlene she was a great host.

Especially perfect for easy access to pool, spa, walking trails, and door to car carrying luggage.

We booked this for our 88 year-old parents. And this was just after Dad had a fall. The owner worked with us so patiently to adjust the dates until after his recovery. Very gracious and caring. They also had personalized service by having a resident manager meeting my parents at the front gate and answering any questions regarding the unit. They could not carry luggage or groceries very far yet love to get in the Jacuzzi and go for a stroll on a stable flat surface. Well, this was the perfect place for them! Car to front door caring luggage and groceries was a breeze and no steps! Just yard away from one of the several pools and Jacuzzis in the community. Flat paved walking trails were right outside their back door. (Used to be the golf cart paths). The unit was clean and so convenient with the kitchen and living room to make it just like Home! The perfect place to relax. Sunshine every day and a siesta in the afternoon when it a tad bit too warm after the refreshing swim. Their favorite places nearby: Billy Reed’s restaurant, El Paseo for shopping, Joshua tree, art galleries. A snowbirds Paradise and a great place for seniors as well as families of all ages.

A delightful stay!

Darlene's place was ideally situated! Such a lovely view of the mountains from the patio, where we spent a lot of time. It was also walking distance to a grocery and CVS as well as some modest eateries. Not to close too downtown, but an easy drive. We were two married couples and the set up was great as the bedrooms are at opposite ends, so it felt like two private suites. We all love to cook, and the kitchen was nicely appointed with most of the equipment we needed.

All About The View

The view from the front and the side patio is the best part of this condo. This includes an unobstructed view of the mountains and the natural landscaping. The natural landscaping may have once been the golf course and now is being reclaimed by nature. Walk ways for jogging, walking and bicycles run throughout the natural landscaping. The condo itself is spacious, organized, nicely furnished, decorated with nice touches, bed in master is comfortable, kitchen is newish with all necessary equipment, bathrooms have been updated where needed. The condo development is well maintained, lush landscaping and very quiet. It is also convenient to shopping and restaurants. Ten to fifteen minutes to downtown and about the same to the airport. I recommend this property and hope to stay here again.

Our stay at Darlene's condo was splendid! The unit was very clean, beautifully furnished, and the location couldn't be beat! We have stayed at various condos at Mesquite Country Club and hers was the nicest, by far. We would love to stay there again!

Great stay - great condo

Condo is nicely furnished and well maintained. The location is perfect and close to everything in Palm Springs. This was our second stay in this condo and we hope to come back. Recommend it highly!

Lovely stay

Thanks for the great vacation. Perfect spot for my husband and I to relax. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips. Grocery stores within walking distance and the views were great.

Very nice condo

I don’t often write reviews but this condo definitely deserves one. The location is perfect, end unit with mountains view and lots of privacy. Newly remodeled and well equipped kitchen. Clean throughout. We were very happy with this condo and we will be back.

Loved our stay!

This property was perfect for an early winter getaway for my wife and I. We enjoyed the terrific mountains view as we soaked in the sun from the patio. The condo was clean, spacious, and well stocked, with a great location close to downtown. The property manager was very good to work with. We would not hesitate to stay again.

Amazing views, great location. Well appointed condo.

This was a great property. Easy, quick communication with the owner. Property manager in town was available but we never needed to contact them. Pictures accurately reflect the property. The views are epic! Loved seeing all the active people and dogs using the path. Excited to see what develops with the nature preserve. Best appointed condo we have ever stayed at. All the kitchen stuff you could want, waffle iron, Tupperware, acrylic plate-ware for outside… EVERYTHING! Multiple pools/hot tubs to use, tennis courts just outside the door with Pickleball lines. Wonderful location. Within walking distance to Starbucks, Bakery, donut shop, Ralph’s grocery and WAY more! Would definitely recommend!!!

Excellent condo

My husband and I really enjoyed this property. The unit was very well equipped and the online photos are accurate. There used to be a golf course along the back side of this property, however it is now a natural preserve. We enjoyed walking around this in the mornings, and people watching from the large deck of the condo. The property is a close drive to all the shops and restaurants downtown, and close enough to the grocery store that you could walk. There are three pools and all are clean and have lots of loungers. The only downside is that there are no umbrellas. There is also tennis courts and pickleball. We didn’t play either, but there were rackets in the unit that you could use. All in all, I would definitely recommend this unit. It had a great layout and would be well suited for a family of four or two couples.

Great place but no golf!

Great condo, spacious, all amenities, well kept grounds, multiple pools available, but disappointing view of the unkempt / no longer in use golf course. We had researched for a property on a golf course, so disappointed to find Mesquite golf course had been closed for some time.

Convenient to everything and secure!

If the golf course would have been in playing condition and open this condo would’ve been perfect! The condo is very clean, nicely furnished and so close to the ball fields, downtown, grocery stores, etc. And it’s an easy drive to all other towns near Palm Springs and the airport. Overall great experience in a gated, secure development. Loved the wildlife on the course.

The property is beautiful, clean, close to the pool and easy access to downtown Palm Springs. This is one of the best places I've stayed. Fully recommend it. The owner is very easy to communicate with.

Very Relaxing

Great view of golf course and mountains. Comfortable bed. Good outside furniture for eating on the deck. Good swimming pools. Good working televisions. Walking path right outside the back patio. Close to restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores. Will try to rent again next time we stay in Palm Springs.

My husband and I vacationed in Palm Springs several times before deciding to purchase our condominium in Mesquite Country Club. We love all the things that Palm Springs has to offer, especially the golfing, great shopping and fine dining.

We like the location of Mesquite Country Club because of its close proximity to downtown Palm Springs. We were drawn to this particular condo due to the fact that it is surrounded by a greenbelt offering 180 degree panoramic views of palm trees and the San Jacinto mountains!

This condo has everything you would want in a vacation property. We enjoy swimming, playing golf, taking long walks and relaxing in the warm desert sunshine.
