Check-out: By 11 AM (we’ll miss you!) Lost Keys = Lost Sleep: Please return keys/remotes—they’re small but mighty. Lost ones carry a replacement fee and sad vibes.
Laundry Love: Strip the beds and place all bedding and towels in the laundry room (right next to the washer). No need to wash—we’ve got that covered!
Trash Talk: Put all trash in the outside trash bins. Don’t worry, it’s close.

It's such a cute home. Love the mix of modern and vintage decor set in this mid-century home. The location could not have been more convenient to the mid city restaurants, bars, and cafes. I would definitely stay here any time I'm in town.

This house was perfect for our month long stay to visit family. Good for families or just one or two. The location was convenient for us and very accessible to restaurants and coffee shops as well as parks, grocery stores and downtown BR or LSU. There were plenty of blankets, pillows and towels. Lots of hot water and very comfy beds. The heat and AC both worked great. We needed both! We appreciated the washer and dryer in the unit. The kitchen/cooking set up was fine and we had everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable. Communication with the host was very prompt and courteous. We will look for availability here for future visits. We definitely recommend.
