Dining Room: Seats 8 comfortably with additional outdoor dining on patios

Bunk room: Sleeps up to 6; 2 Twin Bunks/2 Full Bunks with Sliding glass door to hot tub area and lawn.

Library: Desk and TV with twin daybed. Adjacent to Sunshine Guest Room.

Sunshine Guest Room: Sleeps 2 with a Queen Poster Bed, adjacent to Garden Bath. Door to private front patio.

Garden Bathroom: Original clawfoot bathtub with updated shower fittings. Double sink vanity.

Laundry – Full sized washer and dryer.

Upstairs you will find

Primary room: King sized bed, fan, TV, and a pullout twin autumn. The sliding glass door opens to the upper deck. This has a Jack and Jill bathroom with bedroom 2 on the other side of the stairs. There is also a door to connect the rooms if desired.

Bedroom 2: has a queen bed, fan, TV

Guests will be given the gate code to get into the property and the keyless entry door lock code.
