Starting with the classic Savannah front porch furnished with deep seating, then leading into grand Foyer and gorgeous living room & dining room double parlor next to the luxury kitchen which is open to a 2nd living room area. Finally a private screened in side porch and the crown jewel which is a high end patio/courtyard including outdoor fireplace and saltwater pool!!

The first floor has two separate living rooms (a front parlor and another sitting room at the back of the house), a grand dining room, gourmet kitchen, luxury half bathroom and private screened in side porch. Three bedrooms are on the 2nd floor, along with 2 full bathrooms. The 3rd floor of the home is a large suite with the 4th bedroom, a full bathroom and a wet bar.
The courtyard is semiprivate, shared with the one bedroom carriage house rental found on the other side of the courtyard above the garage. Your party will have its own private compound if you also choose to rent the carriage house, which is a detached/separate unit. The carriage house is bookable via the listing page on HomeAway listing # 966920. The saltwater pool is not heated.
The advertised rates are for lodging purposes only. The occupancy limit is strict. No parties/events allowed without specific written permission and extra fees paid. In the Historic District the homes are very close to one another and noise travels easily to neighboring residences. City of Savannah noise ordinance for quiet hours after 9pm applies to the courtyard area and porches. Thanks for your respect and understanding.
As of 2018 this home allows 8 adults maximum and 10 guests are welcome if the extra guests are under 18.

The owners of this home are equally connected to the city and have made this gorgeous compound (2 main houses and 2 carriage houses) their home for years.

Property was beautiful, well stocked and very comfortable for 8 women. Great location, also.
Historic Charm with a Modern Upgrade
Rented the home for a group of 10 women on a vacation weekend - the kitchen and bathrooms were beautifully updated, and all slept comfortably! The home is certainly historic, which you can see in details such as the fireplaces in almost every room. The location is a quick walk to beautiful Forsyth Park, and around the corner from a Kroger. Also recommend a try at the coffee shop directly to the left when you exit the property (Mate Factor), such a cute, quaint spot with delicious pastries.
The highlight of our stay was the dinner we shared in the vast dining room - the fully equipped kitchen had everything needed and it was lovely to enjoy a meal together one evening in the space rather than at a restaurant. Would definitely stay again!
The property is even more lovely than the pictures. We were a party of 7 for a friends getaway-very comfortable . Very clean, fully stocked with all amenities. The local property manager is very helpful and accommodating. The area is beautiful- there is a very quaint coffee shop on the corner and a full supermarket across the street. Close to downtown and riverfront. Beautiful area to walk, run, and bike. The pool is a lap pool and very nice. Thank you for a great stay... we would recommend this property for any type of getaway.
Loved the Pool and Location!
This was a beautiful home in downtown, the property was stocked with a full kitchen, coffee and the décor was well done. Kroger is across the street when exiting from the garage and there were several restaurants in walking distance. The main part of downtown was a $5 uber. Would stay there again!

Great location and home. A few minor repairs to door handles etc. required but overall very good and well equipped.

The members of your party must be listed on the rental agreement prior to arrival. We require 3-night weekends March-December
