7) A complimentary parking spot is available for mid size vehicles that are under 16.5 ft.
For larger or additional vehicles, street and public garage parking is available (please note that all parking rules are strictly enforced).

8) Garbage Disposal: We kindly request that you dispose of your garbage appropriately upon check-out. The designated garbage area is located on the side alley of the building facing Ocean Drive, which is on the opposite side of the parking lot. You will find four GREEN trash cans positioned against the front-side alley of the building, closest to an adjacent neighboring building.
