Our stay in this beautiful two-bedroom apartment was absolutely wonderful! The location was unbeatable — just steps from the beach with incredible ocean views. The place was spotless and had everything we needed, including a full-size kitchen stocked with all the essentials and coffee capsules for our mornings on the balcony. Both bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and we felt right at home. Check-in was smooth, communication was easy, and the atmosphere was relaxing from start to finish. We can’t wait to come back for another stay!

Relaxing beach vacation

The location was great. Walk out the door and watch the sunrise from the patio, walk out the gate onto the broadwalk, and a few more steps you're in the sand. The unit was clean and stocked with everything you need for the beach. The owners were easy to get ahold of and were so nice. I'm sure we'll be back again.

Amazing condo!

Perfectly located right on the beach. It’s a bit dated but serves its purpose. It was close to a bunch of amazing restaurants and the broad walk right outside the door was a huge benefit!

Great location, okay condo

Location was amazing, the condo wasn’t that great.With the exception of the kitchen, the condo felt neglected - broken blind cords in all the rooms and broken slats on the living room blinds; the bathroom shelving unit was warped/breaking at the bottom on one side so it was sitting at an angle and appeared as if it might fall over at any time.The condo also needed more thorough cleaning. There were hairs on the bathroom & shower floor when we arrived & the blinds & ceiling fans were coated in dust.Owner communication was minimal - received a text with the door code and a text the last day reminding us of check out time.

Perfect location

Great location, just steps from the beach. Beautiful view. Condo well stocked with plenty of towels, beach chairs, garbage bags, paper towels, etc. A free, reserved parking space is great. Hosts were very responsive.

Great time on Hollywood Beach & Broadwalk

Fantastic location! The hosts were very accomodating and great to work with. The unit was thoughtfully well-stocked with plenty of beach towels and chairs, toiletries, kitchen & dining supplies. We look forward to returning.

Wonderful location

The property was beautiful and in an excellent location. The property owners were easy to contact and responded quickly. There were many things provided by the property owners such as trash bags, dish soap, etc. that made the stay even more convenient. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect location

Great location right on the Hollywood Boardwalk. Fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. We didn’t cook in the kitchen as there were so many great restaurants within walking distance. The water taxi express pickup to Ft Lauderdale was only a 10- minute walk. Perfect place

The Best of the Best

I really can’t describe how perfect this old Hollywood Beach condo really is. The ocean views are unmatched, the stocked condo, the attentive owners, comfy beds and location is all wrapped up in this unit. And let’s not forget onsite free parking. This is our 4th time to stay in these condos and it just gets better and better, uncrowded beach and quiet nights makes this beachside 2 bedroom the place to be.

An absolute gem on the Broadwalk

We were so lucky to find this condo available for the dates were needed after another VRBO we had reserved almost 3 months earlier changed their Condo Rules and wouldn't allow us to rent for a week - only monthly. Dimitri and Lea were great at communications; easy check-in to a very cute condo that has great access to the beach. We didn't need anything (even though I brought a couple of things I thought we might need - like a small cooler for the beach or grocery shopping). We didn't cook, but had we wanted to, there is a well stocked kitchen. Very comfy beds and couches. You can walk to all of the restaurants and bars along the Broadwalk. Live music Wed - Sun at the bandshell near Margaritaville. The bandshell was there when I was a kid living in Hollywood in the 60's. A huge bonus is the parking spot right at the condo building.

Great location!

Our stay was perfect and did not want to leave! Perfect location close to the beach. Well stocked kitchen and everything was clean! Great selection of beach chairs for use and close distance to restaurants, bars, etc. Would stay here again!

Perfect beach getaway

Perfect spot on the Broadwalk, owner is very friendly and takes care of any issues quickly,cleaning is very good. I highly recommend this property and will come back next year.

Annual best friend trip...

My best friend and I stayed here for 10 nights in January and absolutely loved it! The location on the Broadwalk was perfect, apartment was clean and comfortable, hosts were very responsive and helpful. We'll be back for sure!
