Cozy beach house with large heated swimming pool and only minutes to #1 award-winning Siesta Key Beach! This inviting home sleeps up to 6 and features two bedrooms with king-size beds and a sleeper sofa in the living area, along with two full bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep easy, and a full-size washer and dryer add extra convenience. Beach chairs and an umbrella are provided for fun in the sun. For safety, exterior security cameras operate 24/7: the front left and right cameras cover the front yard, while the back patio left and right cameras cover the nearby patio and pool area. A pet fee of $175 and a cleaning fee of $175 apply. For clarity and to ensure expectations are fully aligned, please note that the property does not include a hot tub, spa, or jacuzzi, as these are not part of the home’s amenities.

The location was very good. The beds were comfortable. The main issue was the cleanliness of the home. It looked run down in person. The kitchen was dirty, the cabinets were not clean and there is currently an ant issue as soon as food is on the counters. It also really wasn’t equipped well either. Pans were warped and minimal. The actual appliances were in good working order. The front door code also did not work for our visit so we couldn’t properly use the front door. Also, this was on me for not catching but there was one TV in the whole house which was shocking.
