We stayed in the Dolphin lair from Jan. 15-18,2026. We loved the location. The balcony faces the beach enjoyed watching sunsets and sunrises over the Gulf. We will stay in the Seaside condos again. But we may try a different host. We reached out to the host several times (on weekdays) to get the password for the internet but never received a reply. We had four adults staying in the condo. And only had enough towels and wash clothes for two days. We had to get creative in order to have a shower every day.

Was really pleased with the view, the location, the cleanliness and check in. The wi-fi password was not listed in the portal. There was a place for it, but it was left blank. I notified the management company and was told it was on the router. I tried several times but it never worked. They put in a work order for it, but the issue wasn’t resolved before we left. The dishwasher was also broken. This was acknowledged with a sign when we checked in.
