Bayview Oasis: Sleeps 15, Bay Sunsets, Four Minute Walk to Bay Beach

Welcome to Bayview Oasis! Wake up to the Delaware Bay shimmering outside your window at this spacious two story coastal home that sleeps 15. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms and the den, a separate space with wetland views and a queen sofabed, give every group room to spread out. The third bedroom has two bunk beds, each with a queen on the bottom and a twin on top.

Sip coffee on the second story sunset deck with wide bay views, then take a four minute walk to the bay beach for fishing, birdwatching, and unforgettable sunsets. The home is surrounded by a protected wildlife refuge, with bald eagles, ospreys, and the famous horseshoe crab migration right in your backyard.

Inside you will find an open living room with a smart TV, linens and towels, a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, fast WiFi, air conditioning and heat, and a stationary exercise bike and free weights in the den. Outside, enjoy multi level decks, a propane grill, and an outdoor shower.

Stone Harbor, Wildwood, and Avalon are about 18 minutes away, Cape May is 22 minutes, and Jessie Creek Winery is just 2 minutes down the road. Please note this is a quiet bay beach, not an ocean beach. At times in May and early June, Reeds Beach along the bay is closed so migrating birds can feed and travel unobserved. It is the best time of year for birdwatching, and you can watch from the deck.

Fall and winter bring bald eagles, migrating birds, and quiet getaways. The house is elevated on piles because of its closeness to the bay, so there are steps at every entrance.

Off season stays are welcome starting at one night. Summer stays are booked in 7 night blocks. We turn over every stay ourselves and take pride in a spotless home.

We really enjoyed this house with all its bonuses like the towels and sheets, the comfy sofa, being able to bring our dog, and the quiet. Everything was clean and comfortable! The only thing that was “unusual” was that the house was crooked. You could feel it in the kitchen and showers. I looked at it as a little whimsical! It added to the appeal!We really loved the house and all that surrounded it. Many towns, restaurants, nature centers, and wineries are very close. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to visit this area of the shore!

House is as described and was stocked with way more than we expected. Plenty of room for our 3 families to share. Very close to performing arts center where we needed to be quite often. 3 parking spots was perfect for us.

With roots dating back four generations to the Reeds/Cooks Beach areas, my family has been coming down to this area annually for over 50 years! I really enjoy what my grandma always talked about - helping people spend quality time together and make memories (she always said that's the best give we can give people!). My goal is to always ensure you have the best stay possible and that we earn a 5-star review every time!

Prior to owning this house, I had never even stayed in a house on piles in protected wildlife refuge before! It's such a unique location and experience. Can't wait to share it with you!
