Marina Villa 705 features a king bed and en-suite bathroom in the primary, along with marina views directly from your bedside window, while the guest bedroom features two twin beds and a hallway tub/shower combo. Washers and Dryers available for guest use located by the pool. If you’re not enjoying a day out on the famous white beaches of Captiva, go enjoy a dip in the community pool, picnic with the family at the community BBQ grills, or bike around the beautiful island! 



*While Marina Villa 705 is located near the gates of South Seas Island Resort, the Marina Villas are a separate association within the resort. That means you won't have to pay a resort fee! While you won't get resort amenity access, you will have access to our association amenities including the shared heated pool, tennis courts, propane BBQ grills, and award-winning Captiva Island beaches!

Captiva, which is connected to Sanibel by a small bridge, is 5 miles long; and Pine Island is 17 miles in length. Originally Captiva was part of Sanibel Island but when it was severed in 1926 by a hurricane's storm surge, Blind Pass was created separating the two islands. Marina Villa 705 is located in the South Seas Resort, which offers guests 2.5 miles of beautiful beaches with stunning sunsets nightly.
