Such a beautiful home! Beds were comfy! And they kept the home clean and well kept! Big enough yard and washer and dryer was awesome to have available! Also kids loved the pool! Had a very nice stay!

The A/C was not working when we arrived. lt took well over an hour for the host to get into contact with me after calling and messaging. Sunday night at 9pm he told us just to cancel and find another place to stay. We then spoke on the phone and he agreed to let us stay and get someone there in the morning. Around 11 the next day he said his person could not make it and we could check out, we decided to stay as all other places were quite a drive to our event, so he verbally agreed to a one day refund. At check out he issued me less than a one day refund which was unfortunate. I do understand that things break and the house itself was great for a basic stay but it was not acceptable that he did not refund us in full and had very poor communication.
