Experience Lake Talquin and surrounding areas like a local in this completely remodeled 3-bedroom 3 bath house. Includes two primary bedroom en-suites. 1st and 2nd primary bedrooms feature a king bed, and 3rd bedroom includes 2 twin beds. Main primary bath has a 4 x 10 ft shower with dual rain heads. All new updated kitchen includes large island with plenty of room to prepare a great lakeside meal. This property also boasts a fully furnished, 800 sq ft lakeside screened porch including sunset bar, dining table, furniture and outside charcoal grill area. A separate large lakeside boardwalk for relaxing and hanging out at sunset and a private boathouse and dock are also part of the package. For nighttime, relax with your guests by the outside fire pit. We provide indoor and outdoor games and many more amenities in this awesome and tranquil space. Wildlife is in abundance! I am happy to assist with any questions you may have before or during your stay.
