Lovely rental in a great neighborhood. Excellent layout and well-equipped kitchen. Air conditioning was definitely appreciated during this hotter than normal week. We had a significant issue with ants (all over our clothes and luggage, which was on the floor) requiring us to do a few loads of laundry. Would rent again.

Everything was great. The host was very responsive and flexible. The house is great. It's in a perfect location. Madison Park is where our kids and their spouses live. So it was ideal. House is comfortable, a nice size, nice amenities. The area has too many great restaurants. Arboretum is right there. Had a very special time.
