The kitchen is well-stocked and open to the dining area. The modern breakfast bar offers added seating. The kitchen is stocked with both a keurig and standard coffee maker. Ample serveware and cookware abounds.
A guest bathroom with shower is right off the hallway.
The master bedroom features a large comfy king bed, and a twin daybed, as well as an ensuite bath.

A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Guests staying for an extended stay may need to purchase or bring additional supplies. This property has some beach towels (we ask that you launder the beach towels you use), and there is towel service available at the Beach Club.
WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know. Coffee Maker: Single Serve & Carafe Coffee Maker on site. (BYO ground coffee for carafe or use provided Keurig K-cups.)
AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis and award-winning golf. Without this digital card (a QR code system via an app), access is prohibited. Amenity Cards are INCLUDED with this rental (a $50 day savings). Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone. Please ensure that your completed amenity card form is submitted to the amenity office at least two weeks prior to your arrival to avoid a $10 late fee. Due to the volume of requests and the card preparation process, the office is now unable to accept information over the phone.
ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has now started charging a gate pass fee per vehicle. This property has a limit of 2 vehicle passes. This $45 fee per vehicle applies to guests staying 1 night – 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided. Drivers may be required to show a valid Driver's license when at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle. LSV vehicles (low speed golf carts) are unfortunately prohibited at the villa complex.
CHECK IN: For our guest's convenience, we offer a prompt, self check-in process. Guests will directly check-in at the property with a code for the keypad on the door. We, however, are always a phone call or text away. We offer as much assistance with check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions

We launder the bedcoverings (comforters, bedspreads, quilts) after every single stay.
THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily.
IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
POLICY ON SMOKING: No smoking please. Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellations up to 30 days before your stay.
