Our family of 4 stayed here for 3 nights. It was the perfect condo, space and layout for 2 adults and 2 kids. The kitchen is small but well stocked and had everything we needed during our stay. The king sized bed was comfy, the pullout couch was handy, as was the quaint patio off the master.
The property itself is huge, surrounded by a golf course and lakes. We were here during a snowy time and the area made for some great sledding. There is an indoor heated salt water pool/hot tub & rec center building about a 1 minute drive from the condo. We were so busy we didn’t make it by but it looked neat.
The property is located in the newer/west area of Pagosa, within a 2-3 minute drive of restaurants, a grocery store, Starbucks, McDonald’s, Wal Mart, etc. The Main Street of town/hot springs area is about a 7-10 minute drive. Wolf creek ski area was about 35 minutes with some traffic.
The owner was easy to reach when we had questions & check in/out were a breeze.
Overall, we loved Pagosa Springs & this condo & would definitely come again!!
Thanks for renting with us! Glad you liked the resort so much and enjoyed your stay in this condo! Thanks for being such a great guest and thanks for the very kind and detailed review as well! Hope to hear from you again soon! Take care! :)
Spring Break 2018
Property was clean but not what was pictured in listing. Even today when you click link the listing is different, today it shows its a 3 bedroom place. Windows wouldn't open, and one that would did 3"s and never closed back. Walls are pretty thin, guy under us was loud. Rec center was nice, but tons of chlorine in pool. They did have the fun amenities (shampoo, laundry detergent etc) so that was nice. I was just disappointed by misrepresentation. The view we did end up with was nice from master, but couldn't enjoy from any other part of condo.
Thank you for the valuable feedback. We have updated listings and are taking measures to provide the best amenities available.
Had a great time!
It was just enough room for our small family of 4. We had all of the basic amenities that are needed and the view was gorgeous! Will definitely be back.
Glad you liked the resort and enjoyed your stay! Hope you come back again soon! Take care! :)
18,000-Acre Rocky Mountain Playground. If outdoor adventure, scenic vistas and crisp, clean mountain air appeal to you, WorldMark Pagosa, located just west of Pagosa Springs, is a resort you’ll really enjoy. Lots of activities are waiting here beneath brilliant southwest Colorado skies - cross-country skiing, golf, horseback riding and hiking are all nearby. Add a comfortable, appealing unit to the mix and it all adds up to a wonderful Colorado stay for the whole family.

Step inside for more fun at the nearby recreation center, featuring an indoor pool, racquetball courts, fitness equipment, and aerobics. Learn a new skill, such as line dancing, orienteering, watercolor, calligraphy and wildflower card painting. Your children will enjoy our many kids’ crafting classes and playground. The resort also organizes off-site tours - from fly fishing, snowmobiling and hot-air ballooning to Mesa Verde National Park. Save one evening to experience something truly memorable: a horse-drawn wagon or sleigh ride to a rustic cabin, where you'll enjoy a ranch-style meal.
Chimney Rock Archaeological Area
Don’t miss a visit to this area of unparalleled natural beauty sitting on a high mesa at the southern edge of the San Juan Mountains. Known as a place of spiritual significance, a celestial observatory and seasonal calendar for the Ancestral Puebloans. More than 200 homes and ceremonial buildings were built high above the valley floor over 1,000 years ago.
Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad and Museum
This well-known landmark is located in Durango, just 60 miles west of Pagosa. This historic train has been in continuous operation since 1882, carrying passengers behind vintage steam locomotives. Relive the sights and sounds of yesteryear and enjoy a incredible journey and spectacular views.
The Great Pagosa Hot Springs
Numerous skirmishes were staged by the Native Americans of the Four Corners area over the ownership of the Hot Springs, which were highly prized because of their healing powers. Spend a day soaking up the benefits of the highly mineralized geothermal waters at one of three spas in the town. If you don’t feel like a dip then take the short stroll to the source of the hot springs which at 145 degrees is much too warm for human use.
