Just 100 feet from the soft white sand of Seven Mile Beach, Silver Thatch House is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom villa designed for families who want space, comfort, and ease. The beach is a 30-second walk from your door, with access to a shaded gazebo, private loungers, plush towels, and a guest-only bathroom for complete convenience.
Inside, you’ll find 1,750 square feet of natural light, white-paneled ceilings, and solid wood finishes. The open-concept kitchen is built for entertaining with double ovens, while the large patio features an outdoor kitchen, ping-pong table, and ice bath. Upstairs, the master suite includes a sauna, soaking tub, and a double shower with views of Seven Mile Beach. The location couldn’t be better, a two-minute walk to top restaurants and just five minutes to Camana Bay, Foster’s supermarket, and Blackbeard’s liquor store.

At Silver Thatch House, the crystal-clear Caribbean Sea is just 100 ft away, and you’re within easy walking distance of the best that Seven Mile Beach has to offer. The front entrance features Cayman cut stone and opens into a Caribbean-style villa with white wooden paneling, ceiling finishes, and solid wood doors. Inside, the kitchen is spacious with double ovens for hosting, while the outdoor BBQ and kitchen are perfect for relaxed al fresco dining.
Silver Thatch House is equipped with everything you need for a relaxed, worry-free stay. Whether you’re staying in or heading out, the villa gives you space, convenience, and comfort in equal measure.
