The house was amazing. The kitchen especially was the main attraction. This host provided lots of essentials in the house such as clean towels, pots, pans and silverware. We were warned about the mosquitoes and forgot to bring bug spray. Overall, it was an excellent house for our family needs

Thank you for staying with us — we’re so glad to hear the house was amazing and that the kitchen stood out as a favorite feature. It’s great to know the essentials, towels, and cookware made your stay comfortable, and that the pool and hot tub were perfect for your family. We appreciate your note about the mosquitoes as well. Unfortunately this area seems to get them seasonally, so we always try to give guests a heads‑up. Bug spray definitely helps, and we’ll continue reminding future guests so they can come prepared. We’re happy to hear the home was an excellent fit for your family’s needs and truly appreciate you choosing our property.

This place was great for all of us to stay after a busy day at Disney. It had plenty of bedrooms. Our trip was cut short, so we didn’t get to use the pool very much, but I’m sure it was lovely. There are several things that need to be repaired on the property. The ice maker doesn’t work, all of the drawers in the refrigerator are broken, one of the beds in the primary bedrooms is very unstable and squeaks every time you move. When we looked under it, we could tell that a bunch of wood had used to secure it. The other primary bedroom has some pretty gross stains on the carpet by the mirror. There are just a few things that need to be repaired and it would be perfect. Overall, a great stay!

Thank you for staying with us — we’re glad to hear the home was a comfortable place to relax after long days at Disney and that the number of bedrooms worked well for your group. We’re sorry your trip was cut short, but we’re happy you still enjoyed your time. We truly appreciate the detailed feedback. We’ve already noted the ice maker, refrigerator drawers, the unstable bed frame, and the carpet stain in the primary bedroom. Our maintenance team will address each of these items so the home is in perfect condition for future guests. Thank you for pointing them out — it’s incredibly helpful. We’re glad to hear the home was clean, well‑stocked, and overall a great stay for your family. We appreciate you choosing our property and would be happy to welcome you back again

Location is great for many activities in Orange County. We were in the area visiting family & some members of our group found it a great location for visiting Disneyland. Furnishings in house are very dated. Matresses in masters 1& 2 need replaced as noted by previous renters.
