Susan, fitting twelve people comfortably comes down to the layout doing its job, and it sounds like the beach access made it feel like a proper group getaway. Hope the crowd comes back together again soon.

My group came out for a disc golf tournament and the home and its location were perfect for rest and relaxation. It was an amazing place to spend the final weekend of summer. The host was incredible and the communication was top-notch 10 out of 10 would totally stay here again.
