SETTING: This is a Beautiful, Private, Newer Sunlit Hayden Lake Home that has very easy access to the lake with 120 Feet of lake frontage and beach area with dock - room for 2 boats -1 covered and 1 uncovered. No Tram needed to get to water - right out your back yard across the grass down easy graceful steps. This is a very desirable area of the lake. This home is NOT on the lake road - very private and QUIET, not a car to be heard except for in the driveway. LARGE .75-Acre Grassy, Landscaped Lot. If peace, quiet and fun is what you are after, you will love it here! Bring your boat/s and water toys, and have a blast! Or simply come swim, fish and relax on the beach, lounge on the huge deck or the dock for a relaxing vacation. 2 Kayaks, Misc. floats and plenty of Beach Towels will be provided. This is just north of Henry's Point and a wonderful spot on the lake for water skiing and inter-tubing, as the water doesn't tend to be as wild as more to the south on the lake. In the Fall/Winter, great snow skiing is an hour drive to Schweitzer Mountain or 1:20 to Silver Mountain. There is plenty of sledding and other snow/winter activity around in Hayden as well.

ROOM FOR EVERYONE: Sleeps up to 17! 7 Bedrooms, including a 6-bed Bunk Room. This house holds many people so well. We had 16 at Christmas when it was snowy and no lake activity available, so we remained inside for the most part, and we had excess room and plenty of space. There are 2 TV( 50" & 60: flat screens) areas/Family Rooms, each with a cozy Gas Fireplace(for winter stays). The 2 dining rooms accommodate 16 as-is, and the main dining table can be expanded if desired(see pictures). There are 2 refrigerators(1 in Kitchen & 1 in Garage) and a good-sized pantry for plenty of food storage. Great Buffet, and all things needed to prepare food for large groups in the kitchen are provided. Plenty of Parking: A 3-Car Garage & 2 Parking Pads.

HOUSE SUMMARY: Newer with crisp paint - Walls of Windows provide VIEWS from much of the house - Large VIEW Deck with a propane BBQ. The Deck has Glass Panels as its Railing to allow the best views and is fully furnished with patio tables(seating for 18) for outdoor dining. The deck also has a fire pit area for hanging out/socializing. Plenty of room on the deck to accommodate plenty of entertainment with great views. 2 Large Family Room areas with TVs so that members of the group can enjoy different hobbies/shows. Plenty of games, cards, dominoes and books in the game room. The Sunny & Bright walk-out island Kitchen beams light and has a bay window. Beautiful light hardwood floors and many windows allow light to bounce through the home. The Walk-Out Daylight Basement is spacious and well-equipped for guests. For our Fall Winter Guests there are 2 cozy gas fireplaces. For Summer guests, Refreshing Air-Conditioning. The View Master bedroom has walk-in closet, a jetted tub 2 Separate vanity areas and spacious separate shower. Bedrooms all have plenty of clothing storage area. All fine, high-quality Crisp Linens too!

Right next door to the Hayden Lake Marina is The Boathouse Restaurant for a great variety from burgers to fine dining options. Or just a refreshing lemonade, iced tea or a selection of cocktails. Heading over to the Marina/The Boathouse is a family tradition in the middle of all the lake fun! You can spot plenty of wild-life from turkeys to deer, and the occasional bear has been spotted around the lake. You can regularly see bald eagles flying about, plenty of Canadian Geese and a host of other beautiful birds. Bring your fishing poles, bait and grab a fishing license in the town of Hayden or Coeur d'Alene. You can fish right off the dock.
