This rental is fully furnished with modern appliances including dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and Washer/dryer. The 2 bedrooms are upstairs and a spacious living area downstairs. Homeaway Collects the 6% State hotel tax and leaves it to the property owners to collect the 11% city tax. Great place to stay

The property is located in a hilly wooded neighborhood not far from downtown. Very quiet and well kept up. Close to shopping and food. Stayed for the F1 races and it was perfect place to base ourselves.

Thanks for that important feedback. I will defiantly do something about the slow drain now that I have been made aware. I always appreciate when guests let me know. As for the back up lock on back sliding door, here in the Texas hill country, the ground shifts and sliding glass door locks do not line up so there is the back up lock (pin and stick) you are referring to. With in a month, ground will shift back and sliding glass door locks will align again. Thanks again for this important feedback, I am on it!!

Perfect little spot to crash after sightseeing Austin

Cute little neighborhood. Easy to walk some places and Uber to other places. The home was clean and quiet and comfortable.

Nice place

Nice place, but could use some work. Patched grout in upstairs bathroom, slow draining tub / shower, jury-rigged sliding patio door lock, and a few other things that need attention. The place was decently cleaned, beds were made, and neighborhood was nice and seemed safe.

We enjoyed our stay in Austin, and this VRBO has a great location for the money! It is only about 5-10 mins away from the So. Congress neighborhood. The unit is a bit worn, and could use some updating, but it had everything we needed for our stay and was very functional. Steve was great about responding quickly if there were any questions. I would stay there again.

Amazing rental near river!

My Sisters and I rented this home for our vacation/work in Austin. The homeowner was very accommodating to all of us. the home was beautiful and the beds were comfortable and the sheets were soft. The trees in the backyard are amazing! I will definitely be staying there again! Hopefully sooner than Later because Austin is awesome! Thank you mr. Steve Smith Sir.

A shining star experience ! Condo was very neat , clean, fresh smell, nicely decorated and stocked with everything for a stay. Quiet neighborhood , GREAT location so easy access to places around city. Bed & mattress were excellent - perfect sleep. Ea bedroom had own bath - located upstairs; my knees are rather old so was a little touchy since no half bath downstairs . I still highly recommend anyone staying - everything else made for a most pleasant experience , and bonus : Magnolia Cafe on S Congress , 5 min away - breakfast 24 hrs ; Features Gingerbread Pancakes !!!
