The living room invites you to sink into the cozy sectional or armchair while streaming your favorite shows on the smart TV. Just steps away, the kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a Keurig coffee maker makes meal prep easy, complete with counter seating for four for casual mornings. When it’s time to dine, the table for four is perfect for shared meals. After a day of adventure, retreat to the bedrooms where room-darkening shades ensure a peaceful night’s sleep.



Beyond the resort, you’re perfectly positioned to explore the best of Southern Utah. Just a short drive brings you to Zion National Park, Sand Hollow Reservoir, and Snow Canyon State Park, offering endless hiking, water sports, and breathtaking views. Bedroom #2 includes full-over-twin bunk beds (full size bed over 2 twin beds side-by-side), twin-over-twin bunk beds, and a smart TV.



This home includes an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

- Located on the 3rd floor. NO ELEVATOR

- Washer and dryer in home.

- Lot parking for 2 vehicles available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Plenty of overflow parking, RV/Trailer parking.
