The property was very clean and easy to get to, and was very close to downtown Breckenridge. The parking was great and the property was a much more reasonable price than others in the area. The kitchen was also very nice!

Great location in Breckenridge

Pros: close to town; excellent communication; comfortable for two (would be tight for 4).Cons: Dated decor (remodeled? not.), though that didn't much effect our enjoyment; icy entryway a little dangerous and ice remained for 3 days.

Quick weekend trip

Wife and I took a quick weekend trip to the mountains, and this was a great place to stay for just that. Nothing over the top, but it's as advertised and convenient to everything from the shuttle to a short walk to Main St. Would stay there again if we traveled if it was just us two or we brought our young son (4).

Great spot!

Came in town for a quick night to ski with my 8 year old. This property is in a great location and was perfect for the two of us!! We will definitely rent again.

Perfect Location! Worked out perfect for only me and my son. It's pretty small but you are only there to sleep.

So fun!

I wouldn't count on the wireless internet, but other than that, this was an absolute charming place to stay! The jacuzzi, communal fireplace, free shuttle, and lovely accommodations were all to die for.

Quick stay

The location is close to the center of town. We stayed before ski season so to speak but we also aren’t skiers. This location has a lot to offer to skiers including spaces to store their equipment etc. I would stay here again property was clean and tidy.

Small but sufficient

The condo is small but it worked for our stay. It was clean. The beds were comfortable. It’s a great location! In Breck, location is one of our top priorities.

Best the money can get you!

This is a nice little place definitely enough for my fiance and I and at the cheapest price you can find but also has everything you need. Extremely close to main street and all the bars, shopping and restaraunts. Highly recommend to anyone that's not looking to get killed with big resort prices but want to be in on all the action!

Nice stay

The location to town and the Snowflake lift was great. Overall the property worked well for 2 people. The kitchen and bathroom were clean but the carpets and bedding felt a little grimy. There were also some crumbs on the table and floor.

Excellent smooth process and very clean room

Jeff and Loren are excellent property managers. Their response time was very quick Best value in all of Breck - it is not ultra luxury but great place to lay your head after day of hiking - then this is your place - plus the hot tub was 104 degrees and super clean - thanks

Good overnight

We just needed a place to stay overnight. Property is close enough to main to walk but you feel out of the way. Nice little creek out back. Our checkin code sent by text didn’t work but host was quick to resolve issue. Would recommend!

Tiny & perfect.

Tiny and cozy - everything had it's place. LOVED the lodge - hot tubs, pool tables, foozeball, ping pong, and more. Walkable to town. Maybe a little much with the communication - I feel like I was in three different apps for different things. But overall, a great experience!

Not my favorite

Nice location but, bed was uncomfortable, shower was not working well and living room rug was filthy. Couldn't get inside when we got there because my code would not work, and it was raining! Best part of stay was watching the little chipmunks outside.
