This spacious, two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium is located in a central spot at the base of the Four O'Clock ski run, one block to Historic Main Street and steps to the Breckenridge Free Ride shuttle stop. The charming 1,175 square foot, condominium features an open design, West facing private balcony, ski storage, has had a major remodel as of November 2018.
Enjoy your family movie night on the wall mounted 40" flat screen TV with DVD player while relaxing on the new sofa and love seat. If you'd rather enjoy a good vacation read, take retreat in the inviting unit and relish in the warmth of the floor-to-ceiling, new lamps and tasteful décor with a moss rock gas fireplace while the Colorado sunlight pours through the large windows.
Just off the living room is the full service, suitably stocked kitchen and dining table. The quaint dining table has seating for six where you can enjoy a home cooked meal in the comfort of your own unit. Sawmill Creek complex amenities include a common deck with a year-round gas grill and summer patio furniture, covered parking for one car, an elevator, and an oversized indoor hot tub. The Sawmill Creek runs through the middle of the property complex tumbling over a waterfall into a pond making it the ideal mountain setting.
