No AC, no ceiling fans, no mat in tub/shower combo, other than that ok. Certainly within walking distance to all restaurants, boutiques, and anything else you want to do.

Because Breckenridge sits at over 9,600 feet, central AC is very uncommon in the mountains since our nights stay naturally cool. This place was the perfect size for our group and checked all my top 'musts' for any stay: it was impeccably clean, felt very safe, and well maintained.
