Built in 2025, this brand new house is located across the street from the private beach and 1/2 mile from the fun at Ocean Beach Park. Relax on the front porch or upper deck or dine outside, enjoying the ocean breezes and the sound of the waves. Or, stay inside and take in the views from the oversized windows in every room.

The neighborhood is quiet and safe, great for morning walks. And only a 20 minute drive to Mystic Seaport and Mohegan Sun casinos. Don't miss the Mystic Aquarium, where you can see Beluga whales and pet the sting rays! There's something for everyone!

The eat-in kitchen is equipped with everything you need (except the food), Upstairs, there are 4 bedrooms on the second floor and another bedroom and rec room/bedroom on the top floor.

Wash the sand off in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach and don't forget to enjoy the fireworks at Ocean Beach on Friday nights!

Check out the quaint restaurants and sites of New London or take the train to Boston or New York, just 2 hours away. Or, take the Ferry to Long Island or Block Island.

Finally, the location is perfect if you're attending a local event (like the annual Polka Festival) or a college reunions, college tours, or graduation.

Beautiful house in quiet neighborhood with stunning views of the LI Sound! It checked off all the boxes for our family, we had plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy our time together. Gwen, the host, was super easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend this property!

Awesome new home near the ocean in a great quite friendly neighborhood. The host was friendly welcoming and caring. The home was well equipped and felt like home. We used it as a family to enjoy the time together and celebrate my daughter commencement from the US Coast Guard Academy. Highly recommend this olace to stay. Will definitely stay again. Thank you

We had a lovely experience in Gwenn's home. She was extremely attentive and communicative. We were even able to check in early for our MDW stay. The home was even more gorgeous in person than the listing showed. The home was clean and spacious, the bedrooms were comfortable, the view was amazing. We made multiple meals in the kitchen and we were able to feed 4 children and 4 adults easily. The views were stunning from the porch and a few bedrooms. We were very happy and comfortable and will definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful house, newly built, spacious and comfortable. The owner, Gwenn, is generous, helpful and responsive. We had everything we needed to make our family vacation wonderful. Perfect location - just across the street from a private beach and a short walk to Ocean Beach.
