This is a perfect place in NOLA, with all the charm of New Orleans. Charlie is a great host and was very accommodating.Plenty of space and a fully stocked kitchen if you'd like to cook a meal. I highly recommend it.

We will absolutely reach back out to Charlie the next time we come to NOLA. The property truly exceed expectations, it had a comfortable charm and privacy. More ameneties than expected as well, the location was great because it wasn't in the "thick of it" the quarter can bring. It was very walkable, but also a nice residential neighborhood for someone who didn't want to be kept up all night.

We stayed here for a weekend around Jazz Fest but would’ve like to stay here anyway! Great property that is spacious and comfortable for four. Host was responsive and communicative and provided a lot of thoughtful onsite amenities (e.g., umbrellas) that are above and beyond.

Treme townhouse was amazing, beautiful, and perfect stay for our NOLA weekend! Thoughtful touches and historical photos all around the house. Excellent location between the French Quarter, Armstrong park, and Keys Fuel w/the great food! We’ll definitely be back, thanks for having us!!

The apartment was beautiful. Loved the decor, location, kitchen, powder room and accoutrements. Only drawbacks were temperamental hot water and the hard bed pillows. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

This is a lovely, old house on a leafy, green street in a great neighborhood. The upstairs apartment was beautifully decorated, bright and spacious and well laid out for two couples to spend a week enjoying New Orleans. We especially appreciated the well outfitted kitchen and the comfortable balcony overlooking the street.

Perfect in every way! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend! All the comforts of home! We were within walking distance of everything we wanted to see but far enough away from the crazy! The neighborhood was great as were all the neighbors that we met. 10 Stars if I could.

This second story apartment is just beautiful and the neighbors are very helpful with recommendations and so much more. Very quiet neighborhood within walking distance to Bourbon St and Frenchman. Just perfect.

Absolutely beautiful apartment, great location, excellent communication with the owner, well stocked with just about anything you might need! They even have a very helpful guide book giving recommendations and suggestions on food and nightlife! We were all very VERY comfortable and impressed with every aspect of our stay! Thanks so very much and we hope to stay here again soon!

Loved this place

This property was absolutely stunning and very comfortable as well. It was located in a very safe neighborhood, and was within easy walking distance of the French Quarter. Parking was readily available. Will definitely stay here again!

Well designed and well equipped and comfortable accommodations There were three of us on a simple vacation to NOLA. We had a great time and enjoyed beautiful weather and it was nice to come home each day to this comfortable home.
