spacious, good location, beds and family room area was very comfy too. Yes, I could hear the neighbors upstairs as the ceiling/floors don't dampen the sound but that was to be expected and didn't bother me. I would recommend this place.

The apartment was exactly as advertised, clean, great space, very roomy and welcoming. Upon arrival, we had an issue with no WiFi , our host Sam was very apologetic and immediately attentive, as he was able to resolve the issue in few hours once we contacted him.

Great stay… this condo is clean and spacious. Close to the city and Wellesley, where we were attending a weekend sporting event. The only reason for the 4 star instead of 5 is because the upstairs neighbors are very loud.

Fantastic apartment with everything you could possibly need. Smooth check-in / check-out process and a very responsive owner. We had a great weekend staying and going to the Red Sox game.

Perfect for our stay over Christmas to visit family and sight see. Centrally located and street parking was always available. The upstairs neighbors were a bit loud late into the night a few days (kids running around and loud walking and vacuuming) but that was the only downside. Having the washer and dryer was great and lots of towels provided.

The stay was okay overall, but there were a few issues that affected my experience. As mentioned in other reviews, the upstairs neighbors were noisy and I don’t believe it was intentional. There is not enough insulation to prevent you from hearing the noise (e.g., wood creaking, things being dropped, kid crying or screaming, etc.). Therefore, we did not sleep well our three nights staying in the condo. There was a lag in communication, as well, when messaging the host. We had to call through VRBO in order to reach the host. Lastly, we noticed there was existing hair in the drain of the tub when we arrived. With better cleanliness and responsiveness, the stay could be improved. The noise itself from upstairs is out of the host’s and renter’s hands.

I have only given this property a 3 because the sound from the people upstairs is really a problem. The apartment itself was just as listed and clean. The check in and check out was fine and the host was responsive. But don't expect to sleep unless and until the upstairs neighbors are asleep. I saw the reviews that talked about them being loud, and that usually doesn't bother us. Sounds from adjoining units is normal. But I should have given those comments more attention. To be clear, the upstairs neighbors aren't "loud," they aren't yelling or stomping or playing loud music. They are just going about their normal lives. But the floor/ceiling between the units does absolutely nothing to deaden the sound, it is like they are right in the same room with you. At 4 in the morning, it actually feels louder than if they are right in the room with you. I don't know if there is anything the host could reasonable do about it, and I am not saying it is the host's fault, but you rent a place like this because you need somewhere to sleep, and on the second of our two nights there was almost no sleep because of the noise from upstairs. So, if you are a light sleeper, or have early mornings for whatever you are in town for, consider this factor more carefully than I did.

We loved this stay! A girls trip and the condo was just what we needed at the end of crazy travel days. Condo was just like the pictures. Clean and everything you will need for an awesome stay. Host was awesome. When in Boston, a great place to stay!

We loved the decor of the condo with a lot of natural light, and it provides all of the comforts of home, including many types of coffee and a versatile coffeemaker. The bathroom is perfect. It even has a heated bidet. Everything was very clean and organized. We would gladly stay here again if the need arises.
