The Space
Blending the best of the past and the present, this thoughtfully designed, fully renovated 2-bedroom/1-bath is the original family home of Antoine Graves, a civil rights hero and the first black real estate broker in Atlanta. The space features a large living room, kitchen, laundry and deck. It's perfect for families, a group of friends, or couples who enjoy a bit of space.

Feel free to lave the bedding as it is (no need to strip the beds).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
For safety and security, all primary renters must provide a photo of a government-issued ID after booking
When leaving the house, please make sure to turn off the lights, turn off the AC, and turn off (or down) the heat.
To appease our neighbors, no music or noise after 11pm, and if you have a pet, please do not leave them unattended for a significant period of time.
